What to Expect at Your Pet's First Visit
Every new client must complete a new client information form. In order to better understand your needs, this helps us collect vital information about you and your pet!
In order to fill out the form prior to your appointment, we advise arriving a few minutes early.
A comprehensive nose-to-tail examination will be performed on your pet as part of our routine examination. This enables us to evaluate their general well-being. Depending on the results of the examination, we might recommend extra services like blood work, parasite testing, or vaccinations to guarantee your pet's health. During this time, don't be afraid to ask your veterinarian any questions you may have.
To help us obtain a comprehensive picture of your pet's health, please bring any prior medical records.
