Appointment Policy

We respectfully ask all pet owners to make appointments in advance so that every pet receives the same amount of time and care. Please give the front desk a call when you're ready to schedule an appointment for your pet, and we'll try our best to find a time that works best for you.

We are aware that crises cannot wait. Please give us a call as soon as possible if your pet is having an emergency so that we can prepare and notify you. We trust and recommend the following full-service, 24-hour veterinary hospitals for our after-hours emergencies.

Arrival Policy

For the safety of patients, clients, and our staff, all animals brought in must be restrained by a leash or carrier. If you have any questions or concerns with this policy, please feel free to give us a call.

The medical team at Family Pet Clinic prides itself on providing the highest level of veterinary care in the area. If your pet requires a specialized procedure or doctor that we are not able to offer at our facility, we are happy to offer referrals who we know and trust.

Your pet will continue to be one of our patients and throughout the treatment process, the specialist will keep us updated on your pet’s status so that we may continue treatment at our facility.
