Experienced Surgical Care for Cats
Surgical Procedures We Perform for Cats
Spay and neuter surgery is one of the most common procedures we perform in cats, removing the reproductive organs to prevent unwanted litters and reduce behaviors like spraying, roaming, and yowling associated with intact cats. Beyond routine spay/neuter, our surgical team performs soft tissue procedures including mass and tumor removal, laceration and wound repair, and bladder stone removal, a procedure that becomes necessary when cats, particularly males, develop urinary stones or blockages that require surgical intervention.
Because cats can be more sensitive to certain anesthetic drugs and tend to mask pain and stress differently than dogs, our anesthesia and monitoring protocols are tailored specifically to feline physiology and each individual cat's health status.
