Dr. Justin Barragan

Hello! I am so excited to meet everyone and their furbabies! Originally from Southern California, I traveled east to earn my bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, followed by my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. In addition to my studies, I completed my clinical training at The Ohio State University. I am Fear-Free Certified, and my professional interests include behavioral medicine, orthopedics, and soft tissue surgery.

​Hooked on animals since I was a kid, I always knew I wanted a career in veterinary medicine. This path has taken me across the globe—from working with bobcats, lions, and tigers in Florida, to studying elephant medicine in Thailand.

​Outside of the hospital, you can find me staying active and enjoying my hobbies, whether I’m snowboarding, playing lacrosse (reliving my college athlete days), or cheering on my hometown teams, the San Diego Padres and the LA Chargers. I am moving to Pennsylvania with my wife, Dr. Arden Tiffee, and our four-legged family: three dogs, Sirius, Benji, and Brutus, and our cat, Aang. I am thrilled to join the Family Pet Clinic team and look forward to bringing compassion and high-quality care to the Bucks County community!
