Welcome Back! We will be opening the practices Monday, June 28th to all clients!
Thank you for your patience as we were ensuring the staff were fully vaccinated before opening.
In order to continue to care for our patients while maintaining safety for our clients, we will open with a few safety precautions: We request that, if you want to come inside with your pet, that you wear a mask. If you don’t have a mask, one can be provided for you. Our doctors and staff will wear masks to ensure safety. If you prefer to not wear a mask or if you would like to remain with the curbside service we have been providing, just let us know when scheduling your appointment.
IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IS SICK or showing signs of illness, please let us know ahead of time.
Please limit the number of attendants with your pet to one person. If you have children and must bring them to the appointment, let us know and we will come to your car to bring your pet inside. Small children are naturally curious and do not understand the importance of safe distancing. While our exam rooms are spacious, it becomes difficult to maintain the 6 foot distance between people if more than one person is with the pet.
If you find that you will arrive early or late for an appointment, please contact our office for instructions on moving forward. We will do our best to accommodate.
Medication and food pick up can now be picked up inside instead of being curbside.
If you are in a high risk group or have other disease processes that will increase your risk of contracting an illness, please let us know. We will make arrangements to bring your pet in as curbside service. We will do whatever it takes to help.
As we all try to find a new normal in these crazy times of a pandemic, it makes us VERY HAPPY to be seeing you with your pets again. We appreciate your support and patience during these past 14 months!
