Jacqueline H Menninger, VMD

Owner & Veterinarian

Dr. Jacqueline Menninger is Family Pet Clinic’s Partner, and has been working in the veterinary field since 1984. She earned her Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990 and initially worked for a busy ten doctor practice, gaining experience in surgery and medicine. Today, her areas of professional interest include geriatric and preventative care.
 
Dr. Menninger was born in England, and has lived in Pennsylvania for over 30 years. When she is not providing quality veterinary care, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two grand-children, and her Jack Russel Terrier, Lightning. She also enjoys sailing, skiing, taking walks, and sudoku.

Heather Kellermann, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Hi, my name is Dr. Heather Kellermann. I just joined the FPC family in October 2018. I graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, which is located on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean. I did my last year of study at Louisana State University. I’ve previously worked at small animal practices in Mechanicsburg, Pa and Jenkintown, Pa. I have a cute island dog from St. Kitts named Charlie, and four cats Franklin Toesevelt, Eleanor, Bella, and Norbert.

Tobi Maser, DVM

Associate Veterinarian (Surgery Only)

Hi, My name is Tobi Maser. I graduated in 2006 from Ross University and Missouri University. I was previously working in New York, and then in South Jersey for the last ten years at a 24 hour animal hospital. Recently, I decided to stop the commute and spend more time with my family, so I started at FPC to be closer to home. I have two kids along with a rescue cat and dog. I enjoy preforming surgeries and doing dental procedures. In my free time, I enjoy working out, being outdoors, and traveling. 

Danielle Forwood, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Danielle Forwood was born and raised in Chester County in Kemblesville, PA. In 2012, she attended Penn State University for her Bachelor in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences. In 2017, she went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Forwood is Fear Free Certified and her areas of professional interest include pocket pet medicine, pain management, and anesthesiology/surgery.Her desire to help both animals and people inspired her to become a veterinarian, as she enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the veterinary medical field. One of her favorite parts of working as a veterinarian is helping pet owners provide the best care possible for their family pets.

Dr. Forwood currently lives in Cinnaminson, NJ with her husband, Matt, dog, Cody, and guinea pig, Darla. When she’s not tending to animals, she enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking. A fun fact about Dr. Forwood is that she once spent two weeks in Iquitos, Peru, a town that is only accessible by air or water, where she worked as a volunteer for a spay/neuter campaign.

Katelyn Painter, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Katelyn Painter is an Associate Veterinarian at Family Pet Clinic. She earned her B.A. at Skidmore College in 2012 and went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Painter also earned her Fear Free Certification, and her areas of professional interest include behavior, soft-tissue surgery, and diagnostic imaging. 
 
Growing up riding and showing horses, she always knew she wanted to work with animals. Dr. Painter believes the best part of being a veterinarian is helping to educate owners and provide preventative care in order to maximize the amount of quality time we get to spend with our pets.
 
Dr. Painter currently lives in Ewing, NJ and shares her home with Sydney, a mixed breed dog she adopted in the mid-west during veterinary school, and Hedwig, a guinea pig. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, going to see live music, and yoga. 

Jennifer Wintergrass, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Jennifer Wintergrass is a Veterinarian at Family Pet Clinic. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and graduated with highest honors. Her areas of professional interest include emergency care, critical care, ultrasound, internal medicine, and everything feline. Dr. Wintergrass began working in the veterinary field in 2006 as a kennel assistant and was inspired to become a veterinarian after her love of animals and caring for her first cat, “Madonna”. She takes her job as a veterinarian very seriously and feels as though being a veterinarian has become part of her identity. Dr. Wintergrass says she has a soft spot for misfit animals, and especially loves old cats.
 
Dr. Wintergrass is from Englishtown, New Jersey, and currently shares a home in Fishtown, Philadelphia with Peggy and Dinky, her two domestic short-haired cats. When she is not providing quality veterinary medicine, she loves spending time with friends, family, and pets. She also enjoys DIY projects, painting, arts and crafts, and video games. A fun fact about Dr. Wintergrass is that she is good at Pac Man and considers herself very handy; she has a lot of tools and a set-up in her basement which she calls a “she shed.”

Christine W.

Practice Manager

Christine is the Practice Manager at Family Pet Clinic and has been working in the veterinary field in since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Biotechnology and Conservation from Delaware Valley College in 2008 and her Associate of Science as a Veterinary Technician from Penn Foster in 2020. She previously worked as a Veterinary Technician and Inventory Supervisor at Family Pet before becoming the practice manager. She is passionate about emergency care, and finds her job as a veterinary technician very rewarding.
 
Christine grew up in Warminster, PA and currently resides there with her five year old son, Brantley, and pit bull, Lacey. When she is not caring for animals, Christine enjoys spending quality time with her son, attending concerts, going to the gym, and being outside. A fun fact about Christine is that she was a humane law enforcement officer.

Heather U., CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician, Public Relations Supervisor, and Behavioral Health Advocate

Heather Underwood is a Certified Veterinary Technician, Public Relations Supervisor, and Behavioral Health Advocate at Family Pet Clinic. She earned her associate degree in Veterinary technology at Manor College in 2003, and has worked at Family Pet Clinic since May 2001. Heather is Fear Free Level 2 certified, laser therapy certified, and is currently working towards a Behavioral Certification. 
 
Heather enjoys working in the veterinary industry because animals make her happy, and being able to make them feel better makes her feel good! She has always loved animals and has had a desire to help and heal. Heather currently lives in Southampton, PA with her two cats, and bearded dragon, Yoshi, who all get along well! When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys superhero cosplay for charity events. 

Michelle C.

CVT Technician Manager

Michelle Charles has worked in the veterinary field since 2002 and currently serves as a Technician Manager at Family Pet Clinic. She attended Manor College’s Veterinary Technician program and completed externships at CARES. Michelle is laser certified and her areas of professional interest include surgery and anesthesia. From the young age of 3, Michelle always knew she wanted to work with animals, and her favorite part of being in the veterinary industry is knowing she can help take away animals’ pain.
 
When she is not providing veterinary care, Michelle enjoys spending time with her three children, Jordan, Deanna, and Austin, as well as her dog, Tinkerbell, and three cats, Aslan, Kiara, and Cleopatra. She also loves to ski, listen to music, and play the flute and piccolo.

Customer Service Supervisor, Vet Assistant, Receptionist, Surgical Technician, Treatment Technician, & Kennel Attendant

Hi, my name is Tracey. I joined the FPC Team in July 2012. Before working here I went to school to become a nurse assistant, but changed career paths to work with animals. I hope to one day become a certified technician. I love working here because I get to work in every area of the hospital and I love the challenges! I have 2 Yorkies named Cody and Lily, and a special needs cat named Sarafina. In my free time I enjoy being outside, going to country concerts, and I love the Philadelphia Eagles. I love caring for all your furry family members like they are one of my own.

Kirsten T.

Treatment and Surgery Technician, Food Supervisor, Inventory Supervisor

Kirsten Thorn is proud to serve as Family Pet Clinic’s Treatment and Surgery Technician, and Food Supervisor. She has a diverse background which includes property management and ER training. She is laser certified, Fear Free certified, and a nutritional advocate. She began working in the veterinary industry in 2009 after realizing her passion with owning exotic animals.
 
Growing up, she lived in Hawaii, Georgia and Virginia, and eventually settled in Pennsylvania. She has a daughter and two granddaughters, and loves spending time watching the Philadelphia Eagles and, Sixers, watching Netflix, and going to the beach.

Tessa L.

Vet Assistant Supervisor, Vet Assistant, Treatment Technician

Hi, my name is Tessa. I started working at FPC in June 2017. I have worked in the veterinary field for about 6 years. I have an associates degree in Business Management.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and going to Flyers games, car shows, and country concerts. I also enjoy doing makeup and fixing old muscle cars. I have a zoo of animals, including my three dogs a Yorkie (Chewbacca), Carolina Plott Hound (Simmonds), & a Jack Russell/Pitbull mix (Chevy), as well as, six cats (Clarke, Cubby, Knala, Simba,Colton,& Khali), and four aquatic turtles (Killian, Emma, Regina, & Henry).

Veterinary Technician

Kimberly has worked in the veterinary industry since 2005 and is proud to serve as one of Family Pet Clinic’s Veterinary Technicians. She has worked at multiple veterinary hospitals before starting at Family Pet Clinic and is laser therapy certified, Fear Free certified, and considers dentistry her area of professional interest. She has always loved animals and has a true passion for helping pets, especially making them feel better.
 
Kimberly is originally from nNortheast Philadelphia, and currently lives in Feasterville, PA with her fiancé, two daughters and one stepson. Her fur babies include Dezzy, a two year- old Havanese- / Mini -Schnauzer mix; and Piper, an eight year- old domestic short-haired cat. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, and loves to dance.

Cristina R., CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician, Kennel Supervisor, and Veterinary Assistant

Christina Rossi is a Veterinary Technician, Kennel Supervisor, and Veterinary Assistant at Family Pet Clinic. She earned her associate degree in Veterinary Technology in 2019 from Harcum College, completed a small animal externship at Penn Vet, and a large animal externship at New Bolton Center. Her areas of professional interest include anesthesia, radiology, and cytology. Christina says her favorite parts of working in the veterinary field are being able to be part of saving an animal’s life and educating clients on how to take the best care of their pet. 
 
Growing up in Warrington, PA, Christina currently resides there with her two dogs, Lucky and Benny;, and cat, Bridgette. When she isn’t providing quality veterinary care, she enjoys working out at the gym and hanging out with her friends and family. Christina considers herself an optimistic, crazy animal lover, and looks forward to traveling the world!

Laura S.

Certified Veterinary Technician

Laura Sestito is a Certified Veterinary Technician at Family Pet Clinic and a Fear Free Supervisor. She earned her associate degree in Veterinary Technology at Manor College in 2017. Laura has also attended Pat Miller’s Dog and Puppy Training Academy and is certified in level 1 dog training (CPDT-KA). Even though she is passionate about canine behavior, she loves both dogs and cats. Laura loves what she does because she enjoys being surrounded by people who share the same love for animals.
 
Laura grew up in northeast Philadelphia and currently resides in Hamilton, New Jersey where she shares a home with her fiance, Dillon, and their Yellow Lab, Miller. In her spare time, Laura enjoys watching Netflix, listening to podcasts, and watching stand-up comedy.

Receptionist Supervisor & Receptionist

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am one of the receptionists here at Family Pet Clinic. I started working at FPC in April of 2010. I had to leave for a while when I moved out of the area, but returned in April 2017 once I moved back! While I have a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Elizabethtown College, I have always loved working with animals. I especially love all big, fluffy dogs, having grown up with Saint Bernard’s myself. I recently lost my golden retriever Chase and I still find myself looking for him around the house. Thankfully, I do have one extremely curious tuxedo kitty named Puddy to keep my life interesting. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I can’t wait to meet your furry family as well!

Miriam F.

Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Receptionist, & Vet Assistant

My name is Miriam. I started working as a receptionist at Family Pet Clinic in July 2016 and just recently started training to be a vet assistant.  Prior to joining the FPC team I worked in pet retail for eight years and am familiar with many of the products available for and basic care needs of a variety of pets both furry and not. I love them all! At home I have two dogs named Zora and Clayton, two parrots named Leonard and Desmond, a leopard gecko named Matilda, and a goldfish called Toes. In my off time when I am not caring for my pets, I can be found at the shooting range with my dad, taking photographs, riding horses, or climbing walls at the rock gym.

Receptionist & Appointment Schedule Supervisor

Hi, my name is Chelsea.  I started working for FPC in April 2016.  I love meeting you and your furry family! I have an orange kitty named Reese. I just received my associate’s degree in Liberal arts from Bucks Community College. Now, I am currently attending school for physical therapy at Montco. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with my family and friends. I look forward to seeing everyone in the office!

Kennel Attendant, Veterinary Assistant

Maureen Kuntz has been working in the veterinary industry since 2005 and is proud to serve as Family Pet Clinic’s Kennel Attendant and Veterinary Assistant. She loves helping animals and taking extra good care of the boarders who visit. Maureen is from Southhampton, PA and currently lives there with her Sphynx cat, Talia Angel. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, going to the park, and watching movies.

Veterinary Assistant/Veterinary Technician

Molly Duffy is a Veterinary Assistant and Technician at Family Pet Animal Clinic, and has been working in the veterinary field since 1998. She attended both Burlington County College and Star Career Academy, and completed her clinical training at St. Francis Medical Center. She is a Certified Surgical Technologist and her areas of professional interest include surgery and radiology. Inspired to work in the veterinary field from the book, All Creatures Big and Small, Molly pursued her passion and enjoys interacting on a daily basis with each of her patients.
 
Originally from Cinnaminson, New Jersey, Molly currently resides in Philadelphia with her spouse and two furry children, a Rottweiler named Morrigan, and Boxer/Pit mix named Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being creative, and volunteering at addiction centers.

Hi, my name is Chris. I previously worked here at FPC for about five years and now I’m back. Here at FPC I work in the kennels. I have a love for the Brachycephalic dogs. I have two bulldogs Gracie & Stella, a pug named Mia, and a little Boston terrier named Elfie. In my free time I like to glass blow. I am currently taking classes at Bucks Community College for glass blowing. I also enjoy reading a good book and doing crossword puzzles.

Puppy Trainer, Veterinary Assistant, and Receptionist

Gabrielle is a Puppy Trainer, Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist at Family Pet Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Animal Behavior and Enrichment from Delaware Valley College in 2010. She is certified in puppy training. Gabrielle began working in the veterinary field in 2011 and enjoys being able to see how appreciative the animals can be once they realize they are getting the help they need. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Gabrielle currently resides there with her fiancé, two daughters, and two dogs, Oliver and Cali.

Hi, my name is Jen. I just graduated in December 2018 from Manor College and in March 2019 plan to sit for my boards and become a CVT. I started at FPC in August as an extern and loved it so much that I applied to work here after I finished. In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, sporting events, concerts, and occassionally play video games!

Receptionist

Rachel Fosmark is a Receptionist at Family Pet Clinic and is currently attending school for her Bachelors in Environmental Science. She is a certified veterinary assistant and is passionate about environmental science. She started her journey in the veterinary field in 2014 and loves working closely with other animal lovers and kittens. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she moved to L.A. for a year and eventually moved to Southhampton. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Teddy, and her orange tabby cat, Biscuits. Rachel is active and enjoys hiking, camping, golfing, and skiing in the winter. A fun fact about Rachel is that Halloween is her favorite holiday.

Hi, my name is Julia. I’m a receptionist here at FPC. I just recently adopted a cute little terrier mix named Buddy, and he is the light of my life. I have had pets all my life, and I love being around them. In my free time, I like to train in Jiu-Jitsu with my husband and son.

Receptionist

Hannah Sheridan is Family Pet Clinic’s cheerful receptionist and loves working with amazing people while meeting all their pets. She was born and raised in Feasterville-Trevose and currently resides there with her three cats, Bandit, Homer, and Fievel, and her adopted Pitbull mix, Hazel. In her free time, she enjoys arts & crafts, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. Hannah looks forward to meeting you and your pets!

Carly Black is a Kennel Attendant and Receptionist at Family Pet Clinic. She earned her associate degree in 2019, and is currently working towards her bachelor’s in Small Animal Science at Delaware Valley University. Her areas of professional interests include laboratory animals and she loves being able to comfort and calm a scared pet. 
 
Carly grew up in Hatboro where she currently resides with her Boxador, Bowie; her cat, Jinx; and Mocha, her guinea pig. Bowie can even bring in the mail! When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys horseback riding, and can play six instruments.

Hi, my name is Brianna. I started working at FPC in June 2018.  I currently attend the University of Delaware as a Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences major and Medical Diagnostics minor.  It has been a dream of mine since I was young to become a Veterinarian so working at FPC has played a huge part of that dream coming true!  In my free time I enjoy listening to music, doing yoga, and playing the ukulele.  I also love spending time with my adorable pets, Lexy (Cavachon) and Lilly (domestic shorthair).

Shannon is a Receptionist and Kennel Attendant at Family Pet Clinic. She is currently attending Temple University, and her goal is to become a veterinary technician. Shannon loves being a part of a team that helps animals and enjoys rescue work in her spare time. Originally from Northeast Philadelphia, she currently resides there with her rescue pets Whippet mix; Ham, Chiweenie; Becky, and cats; Pants and Marie. When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys sculpting, drawing, and crafts.

Tessa C.

Vet Assistant

Hi my name is Tessa and I started working for Family Pet Clinic in February of 2020. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware Valley University in 2019 with a major in Wildlife Management and Conservation and a minor in Criminal Justice. While this is my first time working in a small animal clinic, I have interned and volunteered for Cedar Run Wildlife Hospital in Medford, NJ for the past two years, where I have helped rehabilitate injured or orphaned wildlife and prepared them for release back into the wild. While I did primarily focus on wildlife in college, I have alway had a love for all animals. I have also worked closely with Tiny Miracles Rescue in Chalfont, PA where I learned my passion for rescue.

In my free time I love to play soccer, go hiking, and relax on the couch with my two black cats Boo and Poe.I was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, however after attending college in the Philadelphia area I fell in love and never left. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family!
